Return policy

Important Notice

At this time, only orders shipped within the United States are eligible for returns.
We do not accept returns for international orders or orders delivered outside the US.

Returns for US Orders

Janbas accepts returns for unworn items that include:

  • Original tags

  • Original packaging

  • Clear garment bag with SKU label

We currently do not offer exchanges.

Return Window

  • Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date.

  • Once your request is approved, the item must be shipped back within 7 days.

  • For split shipments, the 7-day return window begins once the final package is delivered.

Conditions

Returns that do not meet the above criteria may:

  • Incur a 20% restocking fee, or

  • Be declined entirely.

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to:

  • Shipping errors

  • Damaged or defective items

Processing Time

Please allow 5–7 business days after we receive your returned package for processing.
